Are spouses welcome to attend?
General agents and producers who qualify to attend are welcome to bring their spouse or a guest to the conference. Airfare for a spouse or guest is the financial responsibility of the general agent or producer. How do I reserve a room at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch?
To reserve a room, conference attendees can visit our special lodging reservation page or complete the Attendee Registration Form. Attendees will receive complimentary accommodations for three nights (March 22-March 24, 2012), which includes check-in and check-out gratuities for hotel bell staff. Is airfare covered for attendees?
Airfare reservations and expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. However, attendees who qualify according to the guidelines of the attendance qualification contest may be eligible for up to $250 airfare reimbursement allowance. Qualifiers must complete the Airfare Reimbursement Form to request reimbursement. For details on the attendance qualification contest, contact your IHC Member Company Representative for details.

What excursions are offered to attendees?

As an attendee of the 2012 IHC Leaders Conference you are eligible to participate in a complimentary appreciation event. Attendees can select from a golf outing or a spa treatment session.

Is attendance mandatory at the general and breakout sessions?
It is an honor and a privilege to attend the IHC Leaders Conference. As such, we encourage all attendees to fully participate in the general and breakout sessions. Spouses or guests of the attendees are not required to attend the sessions, but are welcome to attend those sessions that interest them if they so choose.
