Your stay includes:

Accommodations
Complimentary accommodations for three nights (March 22-24, 2012), which includes check-in and check-out gratuities for hotel bell staff. You will be responsible for all other hotel charges and incidentals (pay-per-view, room service, laundry service, etc.).

Your accommodations include IHC-hosted meals, conference attendance, and your choice of one of two appreciation events on Saturday, March 24.

In addition, attendees may qualify for air travel reimbursement up to $250. For information on qualifying for air travel reimbursement, please contact your IHC Member Company representative for details.

Rooms are not covered for sponsors. If you are sponsoring and would like to reserve a room, please contact the Hyatt Regency for reservations.

Extended Stay
Interested in extending your stay at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale? Based on hotel availability, IHC has negotiated available rooms for up to three days prior to and after the conference at a rate of $350 per night plus taxes. Guests are responsible for room rate and all related expenses for the optional extended-stay nights.

If you are interested in extending your stay, please include your request on the Attendee Registration Form. We will forward your extended stay request to a hotel representative who will contact you to confirm, and to obtain your credit card information for billing.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is noon. A late check-out fee of $25 will be treated as an incidental charge and billed to your personal credit card. Unless you make arrangements for an extended stay, please adhere to the hotel's check-out policy. Complimentary baggage storage is available through Guest Services in the hotel for early arrivals and late departures.

Reservations
Your hotel reservation for the conference nights of March 22, 23 and 24 can be made via our special lodging reservation page. To reserve your spot as an attendee of the Leaders Conference, complete the Attendee Registration Form and return per the form instructions by January 29, 2012.

Airline Travel

IHC Leaders Conference attendees receive a 2-7 percent discount from Delta Airlines if they book through IHC. Attendees may also book their own airline reservation. In either case, those who qualify for the conference can receive up to $250 in airfare reimbursement. Qualifiers must complete the Airfare Reimbursement Form to request reimbursement. For details on the attendance qualification contest or airfare reimbursement, contact your IHC Member Company Representative for details.

Ground Transfers & Parking
Conference attendees are responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the airport, airport parking, and transportation between the airport and the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch for arrival and departure.
